Bio Steven's first success was in Nashville in the '70s as a drummer/singer, touring with Dobbie Grey and Buffy St. Marie, including a command performance for the Queen and two appearances on the Midnight Speacial. He also spent his time in Nashville recording with artists such as Jack Clemonts, Crystal Gale, Freddie Fender, Skeeter Davis, Pam Tillis, Gene Miller and others. In the late '80s, Steve moved back to Florida to run a family business while playing music locally. He co-wrote and produced a jingle for a local cable network with Bill Sandlin of Sandlin Guitars. Steve started playing steel pan in 1996 and has been performing regularly at local restaurants and hotels. He hopes to popularize the steel pan, while consistently improving his music throughout the process.
